Several killed as embassies stormed

Protesters angered by a film made in the US that mocks Islam have attacked Western embassies in Tunisia and Sudan, with a number of people reported to have been killed.
Sudanese security forces used tear gas against around 5,000 furious demonstrators who stormed the embassies of Britain and Germany, setting the latter mission ablaze.
Guards on the roof of the American embassy fired warning shots as a security perimeter was breached and dozens of Islamic flag-waving protesters scaled an outer wall. A hospital doctor said at least one person was killed.
Officials in Tunisia said two people were killed and another 28 wounded in clashes at the US embassy in Tunis, which was stormed by an angry mob. The health ministry said two of the injured were in a critical condition.
Meanwhile, one person was shot dead by the police in the Lebanese city of Tripoli after demonstrators set fire to a KFC restaurant. Around two dozen people were said to have been wounded.
There were also demonstrations over the film in Malaysia, Indonesia, Gaza, Kashmir, Balochistan, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, Afghanistan, Nigeria and Iraq.
