June 11, 2012, - Salman Khan will feature in an item song cameo in Ajay Devgn's Son Of Sardar and the song will be filmed in end July."We shot for one scene with Salman recently. But he will be doing the song by the end of July," the film's director Ashwini Dheer told IANS.
Salman's item number in the film was announced in March. It was also reported that Salman will make a friendly appearance and not charge any fees for his act.
A special set will be raised in a studio before the shoot.
Ajay appeared in a cameo in Salman's Ready (2011). Salman and Ajay have earlier worked together in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) andLondon Dreams (2009).
Ajay Devgn, who is also the producer of the film, and Sonakshi Sinha are currently filming in Mumbai. The film, that additionally stars Sanjay Dutt, Juhi Chawla and Vindu Dara Singh, is set in Patiala and has been largely filmed there.
Salman recently shot for an item number in Preity Zinta's debut productionIshkq in Paris. She also plays the female lead in the film.
Salman is currently filming for Dabangg 2. His good friend, Kareena Kapoor, will be seen in an item song in the film, for free.
