Man killed, 2 wounded in separate NY shootings

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Police are investigating separate shootings in Rochester that left one man dead and two others wounded.
Authorities tell local media outlets that police officers responding to reports of a shooting late Saturday night found a man shot to death in his car. The man's name hasn't been released.
Police say a man was seen fleeing from the scene after the shooting.
The second shooting occurred around 6:40 a.m. Sunday. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 40-year-old man from the Buffalo area and a 21-year-old man from Rochester lying in the street.
Both were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.
No arrests have been made in the shootings.
